94WにTCFA

　全球の衛星画像を見ると東京の真南の北緯５度東経１４０度あたりの雲が巻き始めているのが分かる。
米軍のページでは、94Wの番号付けられてTCFA(Tropical Cyclone Formation Alert)が出ている。
